Why did we design Fibre plus?
Fibre is one on the most important thing to think about when planning your diet, However in the modern diet fibre is commonly lacking in the body. Fibre Plus give you that helping hand to keep your fibre consumption high.
What is in Fibre Plus?
We carefully select every ingredient that goes into all of our supplements and this is no different. Ingredients like psyllium husks and sugar beet fibre which both have the perfect balance of soluble and insoluble fibres. We have also added the most abundant free amino acid L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is a molecule that our body stores in the skeletal muscles and bloodstream and converts into glucose (blood sugar) when it is needed.
When should you consume Fibre Plus?
Ideally take before meals with plenty of water.

NOTE: Contains a minimum of 36 servings per pot, based on 5g servings.
Ingredients (dried, powdered):
Psyllium Husk Powder (Plantago ovata); Glucomannan pdr (95%); L-Glutamine pdr; Inulin (FOS) pdr; Fennel Seed pdr; Peppermint Leaf pdr; Ginger Root pdr; Live Bacteria: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum; Stevia Leaf Extract
NOTE: 1 teaspoon powder (5g) contains 1g of glucomannan.
Suitable for vegans
To be taken 30 minutes before a meal. Shake before use.
Add 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons of powder (5g to 10g) to a small amount of water or juice (¼ of a glass). Mix slowly in all directions until it turns into a smooth paste. Stir as you add more liquid, until glass is full. Drink immediately and then follow with another glass of liquid.
Take 1 to 3 times daily.
Taking without water can cause choking. Try to use a minimum of 250ml liquid per 1 heaped teaspoon.
A food grade approved silica gel sachet is included to maintain product quality after opening. Not to be eaten.
Risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties, or when ingesting with inadequate fluid intake. Take with plenty of water to ensure substance reaches the stomach. Try to use a minimum of 250ml liquid per 1 heaped teaspoon.
